This is a birthday cake for a sweet little girl I know who is turning 3!
I hope she really enjoys it.
The top tier is a white cake with a chocolate mousse filling and the bottom tier is chocolate cake with a vanilla mousse filling. This was a really fun girly cake. The pearls are hand rolled out of fondant and then hand painted with a pearl pink luster dust. The polka dots are also cut from fondant, but the grass and flowers are all done in buttercream.
