I am excited for my niece's 3rd birthday. I am making her a beautiful princess castle cake. It will be decorated with pink glittered towers, yellow and purple flowers, and lots of green leaves. It will be two tiers of a yummy white cake with a strawberry cream filling.
I will post pics once it is done. I am so happy with cake decorating.
After Jordyn's we move on to the "X-BOX" cake for my oldest nephew. It will be the x-box console as well as a controller. It won't be as detailed and intricate as the castle but it could prove to be the bigger challenge as far as getting it to look "right".
