This week has been an oh so challenging, and a ton of fun. I am working on two very large cakes. One is a 3-d teddy bear on top of a large 10" cake for a Baby shower and the other is a 3-d hand carved helicopter on top of a 12" round cake!
They have both provided me with chances to use new materials and pans, as well as learn new techniques and get very creative.
I love them both and will post pics as soon as they are 100% complete!
