This is a quick simple cake that my sweet husband helped me put together for a good friends birthday. I truly hope Tara enjoyed her cake and her birthday BBQ!
It is a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing and topped with vanilla coated strawberries. My husband dipped the strawberries while I iced the cake, so it was easy to put together, and it was really nice to spend some quiet time in the kitchen, just the two of us!
